why in the world would you have a captcha for a search engine? i cant even get past the f*cking thing, it just keeps making me redo it. this is so dumb that im about to market sell all my bat

i solve the captcha correctly, it loads and then brings me right back to the captcha. i literally cant even use the search engine

Can you please tell me what browser version you’re using as well as what OS you’re using? Additionally, are you connected through a VPN at this time?

I am having this problem - it is driving me crazy. Every search results in a captcha and sometimes solving the captcha only brings up a new captcha. This just started a week ago.

I am using:
Version 1.40.113 Chromium: 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Mac OS 11.4

I am using Proton vpn

The Captacha does not appear if I turn off my vpn

Still doing it. I solve a puzzle and then have to sit and stare at a series of dots for 20 seconds while waiting for Brave to decide whether I am worthy of seeing its search results.

Starting to like google again :((

I started getting a forced captcha when I go to 4chan’s website using my android. Brave blocks their ads so I am not sure if that makes the site owners mad. I wouldn’t be able to use the site if the ads weren’t blocked (most of them are porn).

Same here it just started a while back I’ve cleared cash before stopped done everything I guess I’ll have to go back to crown browser as bad as I hate it I don’t have internet where I live yet and can’t get it yet. Go browser doesn’t have voice input. The Chrome and brave have all my passwords saved the ones I allow it to save about several hundred of them. I’ve had all I can stand to prove it I’m not a robot every time I try to search for something I have a bad internet connection here anyway and I usually have to give up and frustration I’m not a fan of Google but I’ve had all I can stand of proving I’m not a robot I’m an old man I don’t even resemble a robot and neither do my internet browsing habits. I don’t know how anything am I actually could trigger that it said that I could resort to traditional captures but why would you have to do that when you can use Google Chrome or not ever have to prove you’re not a robot? I’ll deal with the privacy issues rather than proven I’m not a robot several times a day. I forget what I’m searching for usually before I get past the bloody thing. P.S. I’m on Android 14 OS, with no VPN only T-Mobile isp because I can’t get internet where I live yet.

I literally have flipped off that capcha screen screaming “**** you” more times than I can count - i particularly hate the fact that I have completed this captcha from the SAME host and same browser agent string from the same browser for over a year and yet it still constantly asks me before every 3-4 searches. Its insane. Literally NO OTHER SEARCH ENGINE does this, I mean come on.
