Please add a setting to automatically switch to a new tab upon opening. It is annoying to click a link and not have it switch to that tab. I know this has been asked for many times, but saw that @Mattches said to submit it as a feature request (again).

Worth noting that using ctrl + shift + click (cmd + shift + click on macOS) will open a link in a new tab and jump to it automatically:

Would be better to be able to set it to always switch to new tabs. I will forget this key combo.
