When middle clicking(scroll wheel) on a link to open in a new tab, how do I get that new tab to show in the foreground automatically?
Ctrl+shift clic to open tab in foreground
So that’s a no on automatic switch to new tab?
sorry, that’s all we have.
F150supercrew, I commiserate with your problem. I, too, have been a super user of that feature and miss it dearly. In case you might not know of this alternative for opening a link with focus, it is possible to “Left click, drag” a link to the tab row and it will open with focus. It’s at least just a mouse action, not requiring a keyboard, but it is only just a step above the two steps of middle clicking the link and then moving to and clicking on the created tab to get focus, an irritating alternative to me.
