I’m looking at brave://settings/searchEngines. Likely due to a bout of memory exhaustion, I have an issue:
Shortcuts no longer working—all disabled, some disappeared
My search shortcuts are no longer working, they seem to have disappeared (some) or been disabled (all custom ones) after a bout of low memory (a separate would-be feature request / bug report).

When I go to inspect what’s there, I have 2 impediments
Settings menu max-width too narrow for viewing urls
Primarily,
I find I can’t view the urls in the limited space available despite resizing performing a grid search on browser size crossed with zoom or text size.
Can’t view/edit inactive (search) shortcuts
A tooltip view of the URL could be a good band-aid here.
Addendum: How to restore or re-sync settings after bout of memory exhaustion
I would also like to have my settings come back after bouts of low memory, but I don’t know proactive measures I can take to reinitiate sync back down?
