Selected tab color doesn't follow theme

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. open brave://settings/manageProfile

  2. choose any color

  3. notice that the selected tab color doesn’t change

Expected result: The selected tab color follow the theme color

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.81.135

Hello,

You can elected tab color does not change to reflect the new profile color you chose. I think tab color should update to match the chosen profile MyMilestoneCard theme color.
