Description of the issue: Scrolling on any webpage is not as smooth as on other browsers. The page stutters and gets choppy towards the end of each scroll. Brave does not seem to be compatible with/make use of my MacBook’s ProMotion display i.e., 120Hz refresh rate.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Scrolling on any webpage in general and comparing it to, say, Safari (screen recording attached at link below).
Expected result: Smooth scrolling.
