Grey small border on the left side, not letting me scroll when I hover on it

As you can see, there’s a grey vertical border covering the utmost left side of the browser; it’s pervasive on every tab and site.
If anyone knows a fix for it, please do tell - thanks!

Edit: I’m using Windows 11 25H2 Version

Go to Settings > Appearance > Disable Rounded Corners

I can see you have this enabled and a recent update changed something for Mac OS regarding padding with rounded corners, but seems to have affected Windows as well with the mouse cursor (as Edge has rounded corners as well but is not affected by scrolling if the cursor is on it).
