Yes, you missed how Rewards works. The number you see is the Uphold balance, how much BAT you have already been paid.
Payments are once per month, around the 7th or so of each month. They can pay early or sometimes even weeks later. But they try to get it done by around the 7th each time.
You see 0 because you haven’t been paid yet. All the ads seen in October are paid in November. It is not instant.
Years ago there used to be an “estimated earnings” section, but that was removed for a number of reasons, especially that it wasn’t accurate and led to a lot of confusion.
So in November you should receive your first payment and the balance will update. Of course, since it’s your balance in the account, if you withdraw the BAT or convert it to something else, then it will decrease to represent that.
