Problem when playing videos

*Description of the issue:
Hello there, having trouble when playing videos in various websites (i.e Youtube, Vimeo) since last update. It loads the sound but no video. When I scroll up or downthe box where the video is supposed to be a “moire pattern” appears all the time (can’t upload a screenshot to actualy show how this looks like)

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Just enter the websites

Expected result:
Play videos with both images and sound.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
[Versión 1.31.91 Chromium: 95.0.4638.69 (Build oficial) (64 bits)]

Additional Information:
Windows 10.
Didn’t add any extensions.

Does the issue occur in a Private window?

Does the issue occur if you create a new profile and try it in that profile?

Is Hardware Acceleration enabled in Settings? (“Use hardware acceleration when available”) If so, try disabling it, does it change?
