Brave having issues playing videos

Description of the issue: Having issues with videos playing on brave browser, long pauses before video begins playing, after pausing and resuming there with be load stuttering and sometimes no sound. Some sites (Twitter/Streaming) sites won’t play videos at all.

Expected result: To be able to play videos uninterrupted

Reproduces how often: Every time I play a video after new update

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 11, most current build

I see some icons in the video, some extensions?, try testing private window. Ensure HW acceleration is enabled also.
