Popup is not blocked

Description of the issue:
When i click on any video play button it make a popup window appear for about 3 to 4 times the popup is not getting blocked @fanboynz @Mattches

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)

Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? (yes/no)
