There was another similar report as shown below. The suggested solution does not work, and for lack of activity, it was closed.**

Who is your verified custodian or self-custody? (Uphold/Gemini/bitFlyer/Solana)

Are you in a supported region? (see here for the list of supported regions)
Apparently, yes, I am in Canada

If you previously connected 4 devices to that address, you’ll need to use a different Solana address.
