.pdf Failed - Virus scan failed

Hi,

When I tried to download a PDF file from a portuguese government site, I received the error message “Failed - Virus scan failed”. Why?

Here it is the PDF file link.

I tried to download the file in Firefox and I had it in a few seconds.

OS: Windows 11
Brave 1.80.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Today is working.
I did nothing to fix this error.
