Install 1Password or Keeper Password Manager and enable browser extension - log in

Create a Passkey for PayPal

Attempt to login - passkey is not popping forcing password only login
Expected result:
When accessing the PayPal login screen 1Password / Keeper should be popping the Passkey option.
Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.85.117
Additional Information: PayPal passkey works on other chromium browsers and either of the above password managers
