Online Browser Games have Low Frame Rate

Description of the issue: Two sites, which include in-browser games play at a reduced (very noticeable) FPS that ruins the experience. The games play smoother in another browser.
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Go to https://boardgamesonline.net/Games/online/play/monopoli or https://teamwood.itch.io/super-auto-pets and start a game. Observe the low frame rate.

Expected result: Games run at a higher frame rate and thus are smoother, when played in Edge.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Current Version V1.36.119

Additional Information: Super Auto Pets creators even suggest not to use Brave. Why? How can we get these and more running as intended in this browser?

Hi

I launched the Monopoli game and it was slow. Then It became very quick when I set ‘hardware acceleration when available’ to ON in 'Brave settings, ‘advanced’ .
Restart Browser after setting.

Make sure Hardware Acceleration is turned on in the settings. It uses more resources but the browser will function a lot better with it turned on

Thanks guys, that solved the problem. I had turned Hardware Acceleration off a long time ago for some reason, forgot about it. Both sites run better now!
