Description of the issue:
Whenever I turn on my pc and open up Brave, it loads everything incredibly slow. Websites take a long time to load or feels as if they are freezing and unfreezing. Everything goes back to normal after like almost an hour of me actively using the browser.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Open Brave on Start up and try visiting any website, whether itd be Youtube, google etc. pages load slowly or start to freeze for awhile
Expected result: It should load everything normal and quickly as it was before about 3 weeks ago.
Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.89.145 Chromium: 147.0.7727.137 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information: Internet connection is fine and other apps/browsers load normally but i want to keep using brave so testing other browsers may not have been any value given that they dont have any saved data compared to brave.
PC Specs : i9 12900k - 3080Ti - 32GB DDR5
