Description of the issue:
Brave is extremely slow and freezes when I first open it after turning on my PC. Pages load very slowly, and there is noticeable input lag when typing (text appears delayed, like it’s catching up after I finish typing). The browser also stutters/freezes multiple times during use.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Turn on PC
Open Brave browser
Try typing in the address bar or visit any website
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Brave loads slowly, freezes/stutters, and typing has noticeable delay (input lag). Pages take longer than normal to load.
Expected result:
Brave should open smoothly, respond instantly to typing, and load pages quickly without freezing.

Every time I start my PC and open Brave

1.89.145 Chromium: 147.0.7727.137 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
Disabling hardware acceleration did NOT fix the issue
Other apps and browsers run normally
PC specs: i9-12900K, RTX 3080 Ti, 32GB DDR5 RAM
Issue mainly happens right after startup and lingers for a very long time.
