Not syncing b/w android and windows 10

I recently downloaded Brave on Android but am unable to Sync my history/bookmarks/tabs etc from my pc which runs windows 10 however i have added the devices id like to sync i believe it is a bug or glitch. Image attached below

Android 15 and Brave 1.79.119, Chromium 137.0.7151.68
