No tab is visible when a new site is opened

I have about 30 tabs. I open a new web site. No tab is created by some sites.

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Left click Tab with + sign (New tab) enter a URL. Press enter. Site opens. No tab is created.

Expected result:

**Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.64.116
