Tested connection via Brave Browser (MacOS). No issues:

Try with Allow all cookies . Sometime blocking cookies do make a web load slow. (Happend with me BTW)
Nope, not a shield problem, it’s a rendering problem, look the screenshot, I can search in the page and the result is out of the screen ! (chargemap.com website)
I tried on my phone, and its loading perfectly.‘Hardware Acceleration’ in Brave settings.
