My balance is not showing in uphold

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? (Menu --> About Brave) android

Who is your verified custodian? (Uphold/Gemini/bitFlyer) uphold

I came across a similar problem

@Bayhas For it to show 14 BAT in the balance area, it is fetching that balance info from Uphold. You should be able to see it in your account. If you can’t see it at Uphold’s website, then you need to contact them.

I contacted uphold but they said my account doesn’t show any balance. However, as you can see in the screenshot brave shows I have 14 BAT. Brave told me to contact uphold, and uphold told me to contact brave. Now what should I do?
