Lost my BAT when verifying with uphold

I verified my Brave wallet with uphold and I had around 10-11 BAT in my brave wallet and I thought if I connect it with uphold it will be safer so I did, I created an uphold account and got it verified and stuff and after that when I connected my brave wallet with my uphold account all my bat disappeared from my brave wallet but it didnt get added to my uphold wallet either, did I just lose those BATs that I had not verified yet? I thought it get it transferred to my uphold wallet…

cant see anything when i open that link, it just takes me to my uphold wallet instead of the CDD

I’m having the exact same issue. Please reference my posts as well. Hopefully someone, somewhere, can FINALLY explain what’s going on and find a successful resolution ASAP.

It may take some time to be transferred to Uphold. If you do not get it in few hours, I suggest opening a support ticket.

I still havent received my BAT even after 20 days, I have contacted support but they just say they are looking into it…
