My wallet has 170 BATs but they don't transfer to Uphold?

My account with Uphold is verified by Brave. And Brave sends the current month’s rewards to Uphold. But I have 170 BATs in rewards from previous months that are stuck inside Brave’s wallet but they don’t transfer to Uphold and pressing the withdraw button doesn’t do anything.

Is this a bug or something else?

Consider yourself lucky.

I linked my wallet with Uphold and all of my BAT disappeared. I’ve tried getting support for over a month now. No one from Brave monitors this community anymore.
