Windows location and privacy settings > Allow access to location on this device. This setting is mainly for Windows to access location.
If this is turned off, Brave browser’s location capabilities are broken. Brave is relying on Windows’ telemetry services for certain features.
This is not the case with Firefox; it can still provide location independent of Windows’ settings, as it should be. Disabling Microsoft’s telemetry should not interfere with usability of 3rd party software.
