I accidentally subscribed to Leo. I tried to cancel immediately but was told I’ll be charged this month. I demand either immediate cancellation without charges OR resolution of the technical issues below.
LEO CHAT PROBLEMS (Critical)
After 4-5 responses in any conversation:
Page freezes completely
Keyboard stops working
Cannot click buttons
Leo’s replies stop mid-message
Must wait minutes for page to respond
Conversations delete when I exit
This repeats after every response
These problems happen ONLY with Leo. Everything else works fine.
ADDITIONAL REQUESTS
Please provide Arabic language support
Enable direct browser login instead of email links
I chose Brave for privacy. Please fix these issues or cancel my subscription without charges.
As far as I know, I think the easiest way to solve this is by opening a support ticket - the support team should be able to help you sort that out

Oh this is a weird one, haven’t seen it before - can you give more info? Which version of brave are you using/does it happen with every model/is anything attached to the conversation/does Leo work in the sidebar?

Hmm you mean the responses in Arabic aren’t high quality? It’s difficult to solve this as not many open source models focus particularly on Arabic training data, though in theory the models should have a solid grasp of Arabic at least - are there particular cases that are worse than others, or is it a general problem across the board? Have you tried changing the model and seeing if others are better suited?
I don’t know if all these problems have a single cause, but maybe the performance related issues are related to Very unstable Leo in 1.87.186 - #17 by Tritonio ? Something about having too many bookmarks (or bookmarks with long names, or maybe more… unicodey characters, like my bookmarks have and aboazaz’s probably also do. Shooting in the dark here but maybe the “@” functionality or the building up of the menu items for attaching bookmarks involves preparing (behind the scenes) a DOM element for each bookmark and something related to highly-unicode characters causes this to be extra slow?
