Last Item in bookmark list can’t be accessed. See attached

Same problem. Bottom of bookmarks list (and there was some other list), is spring-loaded - ie not stable.

Also, cannot edit Bookmarks list:

Cannot grab a bookmark, nor a folder, and then re-organize its position in the list.
