Hello, I’m located in France, since May 5 I have had no notification of ads.
I activated notifications on windows but I do not have “Brave” in the senders (see screen).
Could you help me on this please?

Thanks for letting me know. There are a few things that may be causing this but it’s hard to diagnose on my end. If you don’t mind, can you try the debugging steps laid out in this thread and share your results with me so that I can better assist you?

Sorry for the delay.
So, in short, those messages don’t tell us much of anything useful. However, if you’re still willing, I want to try running with the following modified flags (at step 4 in debugging steps):
brave.exe --enable-logging --log-level=2 --vmodule=brave_ads=3 -brave-ads-production
Then, find and check the chrome_debug.log file and let me know what the output there is.

Hey everyone. I have the same issue as @MisterNobody (no ads notifications since ~1 week).
Located in France too.
When I use the @Mattches debugging method, I receive some ads but not as many as before.
The next day (after a power off / on) of my PC, no ads again until I use the debbuging method.
I have the feeling that the problem appeared with the last update of Brave.

Yea same problem here, I live in Malaysia a few months ago I receive like 20 ads a day. Now I only receive only 1 perday.
I have this problem and seems noone knows how to fix it. I have only seen ads on android and i rarely use android no one knows or wants to help with win 10 they only keep sprouting the same so called fixes that do nothing. Looks like I will just what a couple more years.
