l have already submitted it but I’m not getting any results back from GitHub, even when I’m writing the name of a source file.

Suggestion
Change ! name: Hyprland to ! name: HyprlandBSZ
… or similar notion, so the name is unique.
Suggestion - experiment, and especially with the boost values; and later, test the more specific attempts such as your /hyprwm/hyprland^$boost=4,site=github.com
Meaning, experiment with boost - to see what results in the Brave Searches. You can refine, later.

When using Brave Search, use simple criteria EventBus only, for starters … check results … and work your way toward specifics.
BUT, you may do better by signing-in at GitHub and using its own search.

You need to experiment as suggested. You will “see the light” by using what I suggested - simply testing boost values. Try:
