I can’t find a list of every website that i’m already turned it off or on shield because some specific website that refuse to let me read the website news unless i’m turning shield off (adblocker off) for example investing.com. Because of this i wish i can see/view which website i’m already turning it off because for some reason i want to reset it back on

Not yet possible. But IIRC we’ve an open issue for this request – to provide a place where users can see the Shield settings.
