Description of the issue: Every time I open up a youtube video the page will load, the video starts playing and then 5 seconds in, the video suddenly pauses for an instant, reloads in the player, and then continues playing completely normal till the end.
This issue is extremely frustrating and really adds up over time. What i don’t understand is this behaviour does not happen on my iphone. Both my phone and ipad are running the latest Ios/Ipados versions.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Once video page loads, just wait and it will happen more or less 5 seconds in
Expected result: Video should load once at the beginning and continue uninterrupted.

Mobile Device details: Ipad Air M3, brand new
Additional Information: No this is not a network issue, I have 1gig home wifi and this bug does not occur on my phone or desktop.
Entering into fullscreen mode before the reload happens doesn’t fix it, it actually make things worse as the site essentially breaks.
Tried tweaking the “Media” settings with no success.
