Offloading the app does work, but I tried it with the other methods you recommended so i’m not sure if it’s an isolated solution. However, offloading after clearing data + disabling photos only cleared about half of the data (mine was at 900MB in storage BESIDES app size and went down to around 400Mb). Seems like either Apple or Brave need to update their software.
Small update on that: we work on something that will allow you to share the file structure of your app with us. This way we will be able to narrow down the issue.

Hey can you upgrade to 1.48 then go to Brave settings, scroll down to see the Brave version number and tap on this settings cell. Then choose “Copy app size info” option, this will copy the folder structure to your clipboard. Then you can paste it somewhere and share with us
