Description of the issue: Import from browser and set as default options are not going away.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Open settings
There they are on the top.
Expected result: I want them gone because I have already done the steps.
Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.83 (118)

I think this is more Feedback than a bug or anything. I think Brave just wants to make it convenient for people to do those things.
That said though, I would agree, having those options constantly there are certainly unnecessary once you have things setup the way you want them.
So you might consider editing your post (by clicking the pencil icon at the bottom of it) and changing your category to Feedback > Browser Feedback
