Brave on iOS show persistent 'Set as default prompt'

Hi,

On the Settings page on iOS, the ‘Set as default browser’ and ‘Import browsing data’ prompts are persistently shown, even after setting it as default and having all my data importes/synced.

I’m not sure if this is a bug, if it is- please fix it. If it’s not, please at least provide an ignore/cancel button there.

I believe, those are both Brave Browser settings selections, not prompts. I ignore them and keep moving.

@Mattches - the following Brave Support / Help webpage does not seem to have an up-to-date screenshot for BB (iOS). At the link, what is shown as settings available for an Android device, is very much similar to what is now showing for BB (iOS) for the OP (above) and on my iPhone 14 (BB (iOS) 1.80.1 (121)):

I believe @289wk is correct here and these are just options that are available in the menu, not prompts to be dismissed.

That said, @289wk the screenshot on the Help Center does appear to match what we have in-browser?

@Mattches

Apologies, mixed message . . . what I should have posted > This part (on your Android device):

After installing Brave on your Android device, you can tap the main menu then Settings and select the Set as Default browser option
