### Description
As part of Windows11 and MacOS26 updates, we're going to replac… e the current icons in favor of Chromium's folder icon, which is pretty similar to the Nala icon.
- [x] Remove customization of the icon. We won't be using different icons for MacOS / Windows anymore, it's just that one version from now on.
- [x] The icon should be theme-able according to the user's theme of choice like the other toolbar icons.

### Description
This happened a couple of years ago, and now again.
Something … that mimic Windows Explorer folder icons are sufficient.
This changed just 15 minutes ago as I was restarting Brave.

1. Just look at a bookmark folder and icon is some ugly hollow rectangle
