Update bookmark folder icon to increase legibility and align better to user preferences.
Original description:
> I am a web developer, and I manage different clients in my bookmark folders.
> - The new update, changed all the bookmark folder icons to be: 
> - This has made it a little more bland and hard to separate the folders at a glance
> - Since the icon are the same color as the text now, everything kind of blends together
> - This wasn't the case prior, when a very visible yellow folder separated them

So many users wanted the icons changed (again) from the design we had before – so we did, and this is how they look now. Apologies if it’s not your preference but I do believe we are done messing with these particular icons for now
Was there some kind of vote on this matter?
Honestly, Brave has done some real nice icon work in other products, like Brave Search. I’d love to see matching icon style brought over to the browser UI.
