I have not received BAT since August, 2023 despite using Brave on my computer and phone.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? (Menu --> About Brave)
Windows 10 and iOS

@Williaf most likely you were one of the many people flagged/suspended in the time period. You’ll need to complete a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431

Just to be clear, you wouldn’t be able to earn anything on iOS. So that’s pointless to include. Apple has prevented us from earning BAT since at least 2020, as you can see by the article indicated at https://brave.com/blog/rewards-ios/ so it’s not worth mentioning that.
