No receiving any BAT rewards since July. Haven't found a solution online

Briefly describe your issue:
I stopped receiving BAT from July onwards. I see the payout date every month, but my BAT rewards has not gone above 0 for the past few months. I have received BAT previously to these issues but nothing since it has started.

Looking at the 30-days ads history, I have only seen one but my ads are set to 10 and hour.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Mac OS 11.4, Brave: Version 1.31.88 Chromium: 95.0.4638.69

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
no

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, May, June, July. Stopped receiving in August

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Occasionally will turn on a VPN, but normally will not be using one.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
yes

Not really sure why I’m not receiving any BAT anymore. I use Brave browser as my primary browser for work and personal but haven’t received any rewards in the past 3 months. If I’ve hit some quota on ads, I would assume it would reset at some point and start giving out rewards again? I’d think that in the past 3 months I would have also hit some other categories that should give out ads ( assuming my normal categories are already used ).

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
