I cannot change my default search engine, all of the options dont appear

Description of the issue: I hade google as the default search engine, today I open brave and it has switched to brave being default, I go into my settings to change it and brave is the only option that shows up, this is all im getting from the settings, but in my other brave profile everything is normal

Can you try adding it with these instructions?

Go to brave://settings/searchEngine
Click the “Add” button next to Site Search.
Enter a shortcut keyword like gg
Add https://www.google.com/search?q=%s in the URL section.
