Huge notification on windows (can't close the dialog)

The windows desktop notification seems scaled up by a large factor (check screenshot) and because of the size, the close button is unreacheable).

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Fresh install brave on windows 10 home edition
  2. Allow brave ads notifications

Brave Version 1.33.106 Chromium: 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)
