How to unlink a verefied wallet?

So I’ve verefied my wallet on the same device Im guessing over 4 times (each time I had to wipe my computer)

So, now brave rewards is saying I’ve reached the device limit even though all these activations were feom the same device. Any way to ‘unlink’ a device so I can link my smartphone? Thanks in advance.
