How do i regain my passwords back

I went to bed as usual and woke up to find that all my saved passwords have been deleted. No, I have not cleared anything on my browser or done anything to my computer. When I went C:\Users(User Name)\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Default and clicked on Login Data I could see all the websites and maybe my logins saved but all of it was encrypted so I need help regaining or importing these passwords back into my brave browser.
