When Brave windows is not maximized, there is a little space above the tabs and below the minimze/maximize/close buttons. In my opinion it looks a lot better than when Brave is maximixed (there is not any space like described). It looks and feels a lot better and I think that it would be a good change and would possibly attract more people and look better.
