Description of the issue:Frames are dropping on brave browser only, on other browsers or any other app the fps stays the same. Sometimes the screen also blinks black, only on brave.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. I actually dont know how to reproduce it
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): I screen recorded it but cant put it here
Expected result: It is not supposed to be dropping those fps
Reproduces how often: The drops on fps all the time, while the black blinks happens everytime the page reloads

it has been happening since my pc just suddenly turned off, tryed to re-install brave, cleaned the cache dont know what else to do, if anybody can help me I´ll be greatefull.
