Few real annoying issues

Getting some real annoying issues that’s spoiling the user experience.

If I do an image search in Google and highlight a selection, the preview doesn’t appear on the right as it should.

Here is an example. Screenshot 1 is with Brave and screenshot 2 is with Chrome

Another annoying issue I have is I can’t use a chatbot on some sites.

I have to refresh the page to see any answers and I have around 5 seconds to type a reply. Then I have to refresh again.

Any thoughts on these problems? Popup blocker related?

I cannot reproduce, it appears to be working here just fine. Do you have extensions installed or any other filters enabled in Shields that might be interfering perhaps?

Hi

No I just disabled Shields and turned off individual extensions and it still doesn’t work.

@DaveW we’ll need more detailed information to help you troubleshoot this.

  • What OS are you on?
  • Brave version are you on?
  • Have you tried clearing cache/site data for Google (you might even try clearing cache and site data in the browser as a whole)?
  • You mention another issue about a chatbot on a site – what site are you talking about? What is the exact behavior?
