Description of the issue: By default in the most recent version of Brave Browser for Android, the tab controller’s position is all the way at the top, which is inconvenient and hard to reach. Instead, moving and defaulting the position of the entire tab controller to the bottom will make it much easier to reach rather than having to tap all the way up every time you need to switch between normal tabs, private tabs, and tab groups, or use the search tabs feature as shown in the images below. Since this is related, please also reconsider the idea of setting the address bar to the bottom by default, as it’s the more faster, convenient, practical, and efficient way to browse and navigate between tabs.
So instead of having this (Actual Result):
We should have this (Image from a different browser) (Expected Result):
Even if changing and defaulting the tab controller’s position from the top to the bottom isn’t a current priority, combining it with the setting: Appearance > Address bar > Bottom, is the correct decision. This ensures the tab controller moves to the bottom whenever users set the address bar to the bottom using that setting. Additionally, offering an option during Brave’s initial setup that asks users whether to place the address bar’s position (along with the tab controller) at the top or the bottom would be great. Also, showing a popup in upcoming versions for users who updated from a previous Brave release asking whether to place the address bar at the top or bottom and informing them how to change it in Settings would be helpful.

Mobile Device details: Realme C55 phone. Android 13; Build/SP1A.210812.016
Additional Information: I really hope this feature gets implemented in the upcoming versions, as I have been hoping for its implementation for a long time. Thank you.
