Feature Request: Manual Password Addition for Android App (Like Chrome)

Hi Brave Team,

Please add a manual password entry feature to the Android password manager, exactly like Google Chrome.

We need the ability to manually add a website URL, username, and password, and have this new entry automatically sync across all devices in our Brave Sync chain.
