Description of the issue: Add confirmation popup to Clear all elements in Brave Shields
How can this issue be reproduced?
This way user would not accidentally clear custom blocked elements while pushing the Brave Shields icon.

@Hdjdjdjksskdnjdj apologies if I’m misunderstanding here but custom filters are only enabled/in effect if Shields are enabled for the site you’re on. If Shields are disabled, the filters are disabled for the site but they’re not removed from the custom filters list.
I meant this menu, it needs a confirmation popup so that you dont accidentally clear blocked elements.

Yes I agree there should absolutely be a confirmation prompt here.
