Description of the issue:
After I upgraded to the latest stable Brave Build, I lost all of my favicons in my saved bookmarks. See attached image for reference.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Just upgraded to latest stable build from the previous version.
Expected result:
- Show / keep favicons intact

- Permanent
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
- macOS Mojave 10.14.4
- Version 0.63.48 Chromium: 74.0.3729.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)
