Description of the issue: I had returned to my laptop, and Brave was no longer functioning correctly; it was suffering from extreme lag and latency issues. No longer running smoothly, it was locked at just a <10 FPS or worse. I tried a few of the suggested fixes that had been reported, and none have worked. Disabling Graphics Acceleration did not work and I have plenty of available RAM. I do not know how to continue.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Because I do not know how this issue came about I have no knowledge of what’s causing it thus I do not know how to recreate it.

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.87.191
Additional Information: I am writing this from a different(older) PC then the one that is being affected, it is currently running brave with less memory and is having no issues. I will be honest, im not a big tech guy so I really have no idea what I’m doing. The affected computer has a NVIDIA RTX 5060 if that helps
