Error on the two factor auth form

I’m trying to add two factor auth to my creator account. The form is on this page:

https://publishers.basicattentiontoken.org/en/publishers/totp_registrations/new

As soon as I type any character at all to verify a code the page errors. Page content disappears and changes to just “Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)” The error on the console is:

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘length’)

Behavior is the same on both recent Chrome and Brave.

I’m experiencing exactly the same issue.

As soon as I type the first character to verify the code, an error is triggered. I’ve tried multiple times over the past few hours using both Brave and Firefox, and the result is always the same—an error.

@mikerowehl and @Nanno88 I’d suggest you try to submit a Creators Support Ticket at https://support.brave.app/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=10061687185549

I’m also going to tag in @steeven and @Evan123 from Brave to see if they can try to follow-up with you here in a bit.

Thanks! Just submitted a ticket.

Thanks so much for reporting @mikerowehl, reviewing now. Will report back as soon as I have any updates.

I was in the dashboard looking at something else today and figured I would retest this. It does seem to be resolved now, I was able to complete the 2FA setup.
